We’re partnering with a large, established for-profit aged care organisation seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead its home near St Clair.

With a fully compliant facility and an established leadership structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader to drive operational performance, support clinical excellence and lead a team focused on delivering quality resident care.

The Opportunity
Salary: $155,000–$160,000 + Super + Bonus
Location: Near St Clair
Facility: Large residential aged care home
Leadership Structure: FM > CM > CCC > RNs
Compliance: Fully compliant home
Provider: Large, well-established for-profit organisation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least 2 years' experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
Robust clinical and operational leadership capabilities
A commitment to high‑quality,

The ability to lead, develop and support clinical teams while maintaining strong compliance standards
