Minimum 6 months experience making sushi (nigiri or roll) Positive attitude Ability to work in rapid paced environments. Experience in cutting sashimi is not required but highly regarded. Whether you would like to learn more about skills, or management, or just enjoy to work in a positive environment , this is surely the right place to be.
