We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless patient journey—from initial enquiry through to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.

Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints.

Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing enquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.

Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations.





Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.

What do you need to succeed:

Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred

A Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial but not mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a quick-paced workplace

Capability to address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
