Care and Connects Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide, seeks a Regional Manager - Service Delivery to lead high‑quality service delivery across SIL and Community Participation supports. You will oversee programs, ensure person‑centred outcomes, and work with participants, families and staff within the NDIS framework.

The role requires at least 3 years in disability services, solid knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, and a Diploma/Certificate IV in Disability or related field.
