A large, quick-growing university has rebuilt its marketing team around specialist roles, and it needs a Business Partner for its biggest faculty. You’ll sit in senior faculty meetings, read the data, decide where the opportunities are and brief a team of specialists who bring it to life.

What You’ll Be Doing




Owning the annual marketing and communications plan for your faculty, aligned to University recruitment strategy
Reviewing campaign and website data weekly to find gaps, trends and optimisation opportunities
Representing the faculty to the central marketing team and briefing paid media, content, creative and digital specialists
Advising faculty leadership and academics on market opportunities and growth
Leading University-wide recruitment campaigns with the events team

About You
4+ years of broad marketing experience (e.g. digital, paid, social, events etc)
Confident and autonomous, with the presence to hold your own with senior stakeholders
Comfortable overseeing delivery and focusing on strategy and insight
Robust with data, and able to turn insights into clear recommendations
Higher education experience is welcome but not required

The Package
Base salary of $120k to $135k
Generous super, plus leave loading
Hybrid: 2 days working from home
