and shared success.We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to creating a positive workplace and delivering an outstanding patient experience.Your Core ResponsibilitiesPractice Operations & WorkflowOversee daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflowMaintain exceptional standards across reception, administration, and patient care coordinationImprove systems, processes, and operational efficiencyEnsure a seamless patient experience from booking through to treatment completionTeam Leadership & SupportLead and support the reception and clinical coordination teamCoordinate staffing, rostering, and day-to-day workflowAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff trainingFoster accountability, communication, and a positive workplace cultureSystems, Compliance & QualityMaintain effective recall and patient follow-up systemsEnsure infection control and compliance protocols are consistently maintainedMonitor operational standards and identify areas for continuous improvementInventory, Suppliers & EquipmentManage stock levels and ordering processesCoordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedulesMaintain solid supplier relationshipsFinancial Performance & ReportingMonitor and support key performance indicators (KPIs),



including:Treatment acceptancePatient retention and recall effectivenessAppointment utilisation and pre-bookingsPractice efficiency and operational performanceAssist with reporting, payroll, and bookkeeping (depending on experience).
