AR Developments is growing, and we're looking for experienced Landscape Leading Hands and Qualified Landscapers to join our in-house landscaping team.
Working across our master-planned townhouse developments throughout Ripley, Springfield and Logan Reserve, you'll help deliver the final touches that turn construction projects into places people are proud to call home.

Retaining walls Paving and hardscaping Turf and irrigation works Planting and soft landscaping Reading and interpreting plans Operating landscaping tools and equipment Delivering high-quality finishes For Leading Hands, additional responsibilities include: Coordinating daily site activities Leading crews on-site Maintaining productivity and quality standards Supporting safety and project outcomes Mentoring and developing team members About You We're looking for people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about quality outcomes.
You'll ideally have: Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) White Card Current Driver's Licence Strong understanding of protected work practices Ability to work effectively within a team Leading Hand applicants should also have: Previous experience leading landscaping crews Strong communication and organisation skills Ability to coordinate work and motivate others Additional licences and machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
