The successful candidate will lead and coordinate civil & mechanical crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts, plan and sequence daily activities in alignment with the construction programme & ensure resources (labour, plant, materials) are in place to deliver works efficiently.This is a Site‐based position (DIDO) on a major renewable energy construction project with a rostered working arrangement (9/5), with accommodation and allowances provided as applicable.Your typical responsibilities will include but not limited to:Deliver of contractual requirements of work crews within agreed budgetsArrangement of project logisticsSite supervision in terms of quality, timeliness and complianceEfficient organisation and supervision of people, plant and machinery resourcesPlanning works and arranging resources and material required for jobsEnsure all works carried out are in accordance with company policies and proceduresProvide and maintain high quality of service in all areasPrioritise works, program schedules and supervise worksAbout youRelevant trade or tertiary qualification (e.g. Civil/Mechanical Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
