Job responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email Preparing quotes and following up sales prospects Taking and processing customer orders Building robust relationships with roofers, builders and trade customers Following up quotes and converting enquiries into sales Providing product information and advice to customers Liaising with production, suppliers and dispatch Ensuring orders are accurate Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
