Opteon’s ANZ Engineering team seeks a senior, autonomous Product Engineer to lead and deliver complex software initiatives. You will work with US colleagues, shaping roadmaps and mentoring peers in product operating model practices, AI adoption, and robust release processes.

You will design across legacy and up-to-date platforms, implement with CI/CD, and ensure testing and monitoring are in place. A robust focus on communication and scalable architecture is required.
