Position Summary Responsible for coordinating the organisation’s vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are protected, roadworthy, maintained and available for operational use. The role oversees servicing schedules, registrations, insurance, vehicle tracking, fleet records and staff compliance with vehicle policies. ##

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, registrations and insurance.
Monitor vehicle tracking systems and follow up on speeding incidents and unsafe driving.
Maintain accurate vehicle records, inspection reports and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate vehicle allocation, handovers and returns across FSS properties.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle expenses, damage reports and maintenance costs.
Ensure vehicles are clean, safe and suitable for staff use.
Report vehicle incidents, defects and safety concerns to management.
Liaise with mechanics, insurers, suppliers and external service providers.
Monitor compliance with FSS vehicle policies and safe driving procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs. ## Essential Requirements
Experience in administration,



fleet coordination or a similar role.
Solid organisational, communication and record-keeping skills.
Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Current driver's licence.
Blue card/yellow card.
Police check within 6 months ## Desirable
Previous experience coordinating a fleet of vehicles.
Experience using GPS tracking or fleet management systems.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance processes. ## Key Performance Expectations
