About the role
Exciting prospect in Moreton Bay/ Sunshine Coast region We are looking for an inspiring, hands on Regional Manager to lead our growing Allied Health team. If you are a passionate leader driven by clinical quality and team success, we would love to connect What you will be doing?
Oversee the day-to-day service delivery and clinical operations of your region
Implement quality assurance activities to maintain clinical excellence
Lead, mentor and support your teams of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists
Build robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Drive team performance, growth and continuous improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Participate in the strategic planning with other Senior Leaders.
Maintain a hands on clinical presence within the region What we are looking for? Essential




Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 year post qualification experience
Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
A passion for delivering quality aged care services. Desirable
