A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar quick paced setting
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, driven & energetic
Team player
Effective time management skills
Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
Flexible availability – week days/nights and weekends




Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
Well presented with a friendly disposition
Cert III or IV in commercial cookery would be advantageous Salary &
