Cubic Interiors Western Australia is a market leader in the design and construction of bespoke projects throughout Western Australia. Cubic specialises in tier 1 commercial fit outs and has completed contracts on a number of Perth’s most iconic buildings including Optus Stadium, Ritz Carlton, Karrinyup Shopping Centre, the Chevron Tower and our most recent completed project ECU City Campus. Cubic are looking to fill an Office Administrator full time position based in our Head Office in the Perth CBD. The role is split between general administration and site related tasks. You will work in a energetic, fast paced setting across a wide range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a solid willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities to meet deadlines.



The ability to work unsupervised and use your initiative with a positive attitude will be invaluable attribute to ensure success in this busy and varied role. Your

key responsibilities
will include (but not limited to):
Collating and entering weekly timesheets for all employees across various work sites
Assisting the Payroll Manager
Onboarding site employees
General office tasks
General office management
Various register maintenance for key personnel Skills and

experience:
High level of computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Software Flexibility to support the team and business Must be adaptable and attend to a wide variety of tasks Previous Administration experience An interest in Construction will be an advantage Be able to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills
