We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Service Technician to join our team in Townsville. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with practical repair skills who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture.
Troubleshooting issues and identifying practical repair solutions.
Providing professional, friendly customer service.
Completing service reports and photo documentation.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a hands-on repair, maintenance or technical role.
Furniture repair experience is highly regarded.
Good communication and customer service skills.




A valid driver’s licence is essential.
