We're on the hunt for an experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee operations across restaurant and function services in our stunning dining room. We want someone who will bring their passion for food & drinks, warm personality & strong sense of professionalism to the team. The ideal candidate is eager to put their mark on our service program, is comfortable opening and closing a venue, setting up and packing down functions, and directing a large front of house team in a dynamic venue.

Must haves

We take a adaptable approach to hiring – but we do have a few non-negotiables. These are the basics we need all candidates to bring to the table. You will:

· be comfortable managing a large team within a busy venue

· have a keen eye for detail and an intuition for guest satisfaction

· have experience with online, telephone & email bookings

· have previous restaurant supervision experience

Bonus points

We will give you bonus points for the following:

· Experience and/or formal training in wine, beer & spirits tasting as well as cocktail making and development

· Experience with overseeing functions

· Experience with the 7Rooms booking system, GoTab POS & Microsoft Office

Attitude & passion

At the end of the day experience is key to us – but is not a deal breaker. We believe that passion, attitude and a desire to learn are just as significant as your last workplace.
