The Bakers Cafe Casuarina is a busy breakfast and lunch destinaction. We make all our bakery products on site and sell freshly made coffee, sandwiches, pies, cakes, coffee and cold drinks.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated team member to join our bakery café team for a weekday position with an immediate start!

Position details:Casual position – 20–30 hours per weekWeekday shifts

Must have week-day availability between 5am and 3pm

Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Must be able to work in a quick paced environment and thrive under pressure

Duties include:

Barista coffee making

Customer service and order taking

Cash handling and operating the register

Basic food preparation and Service

Cleaning and maintaining a tidy café





dishwashing and assisting back of house

What we’re looking for:

Barista, hospitality, bakery orand café experience preferred, but not essential as all training is provided

A positive attitude and friendly personality

Someone who can work well independently and as part of a team

A willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the café and back of house operations

Pay: $26.44 – $42.49 per hour
