Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience
Adapt to different kitchens, and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes
Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards CAMP ATTENDANTS
Maintain high standards of cleanliness of accommodation and communal areas, including servicing rooms, linen changes, and restocking amenities




Manage laundry services and ensure all cleaning meets with site standards
Assist with dining and food service including dishwashing and cleaning of dining facilities ROLE REQUIREMENTS
*CHEFS
Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (must hold an Australian Qualification)
Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)
Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian National Police Clearance
