We are looking for an experienced, creative and reliable florist to join our small team in Dickson. We specialise in quality, custom-made bouquets and arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings and sympathy flowers.

About the role
Create and wrap hand-tied bouquets independently using the spiral technique.
Prepare arrangements to suit customer requests, occasions and budgets.
Identify, condition and care for fresh flowers and foliage.
Assist customers in-store and over the phone, take orders and process payments.
Keep the workspace and shop clean, organised and presentable. About you
At least one year of hands-on floristry work experience.
Robust knowledge of flower and foliage varieties and their care requirements.
Confident creating well-balanced spiral bouquets independently, from flower selection through to wrapping.
A valuable eye for colour, composition and detail.




Friendly communication skills and a thoughtful approach to customer service.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Available for weekday shifts, with 20+ hours per week.
