Integrated Water Planner / Hydrogeologist | FIFO NT | Contract to Permanent NES Fircroft is recruiting an Integrated Water Planner to join a leading mining operation in the Northern Territory. This role will own site-wide water forecasting, planning and water balance management, supporting operational through to life-of-mine decision making. The Opportunity You will provide the single source of truth for water availability, demand, storage and risk while developing strategic water forecasts and planning scenarios that support water security and operational performance. You will own and maintain the integrated water balance, forecasting and water planning processes. You will deliver strategic water assessments and forecasts that support operational, 90-day, annual and life-of-mine decision-making. Evaluate water system performance and identify constraints, risks and opportunities associated with water supply, storage, and discharge across short,



medium and long-term planning horizons. Key Requirements
Degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, Engineering or Environmental disciplines
Experience maintaining mining water balance models
Robust Excel modelling capability
GoldSIM experience highly regarded
Water forecasting, inventory management and risk assessment experience
Minimum 5 years in water planning or mining water management roles What's On Offer
