Key responsibilities
Operate a forklift and manage inventory efficiently
Unload and store deliveries—keeping our warehouse organised and streamlined
Deliver quality customer service both on phone and assisting walk in customers
Maintain showroom & warehouse standards
Support sales and admin assisting wherever needed About you
Forklift license (essential)
Organized & effective—you know how to prioritize tasks and keep things running on time
Experience in a winery or beverage producer advantageous
People person—you're friendly, approachable, and provide great customer service
Team player—you collaborate well but can also resolve issues yourself when needed
