Unified Communications (CUCM, Teams Voice, VoIP, SIP)
Firewalls and Network Security
WAN/SD-WAN technologies
Troubleshooting voice, video, and network services
Robust stakeholder engagement and documentation skills Ideal

Experience:
MSP, Enterprise or multi-site network environments
Microsoft Teams Phone or Cisco UC platforms
