We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced female support worker to provide support to an NDIS participant in Westmead. Position details:
Location:
Westmead, NSW
Hours: 2 days per week
Gender preference: Female support worker
Qualification: Certificate in Mental Health is preferred
Experience:
Previous experience in mental health or disability support is highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be caring, patient, understanding, and committed to supporting the participant’s individual needs, independence, wellbeing, and daily activities. Essential qualities:

Reliability, patience,



and professionalism.
Ability to build a positive and trusting relationship with the participant. A Certificate in Mental Health or a related qualification will be highly regarded.
