About the role
We're looking for an experienced and reliable kitchen team member to join us at The Odyssey. The Odyssey is a contemporary Greek casual dining venue serving traditional gyros, fresh Mediterranean salads and quality meats cooked over charcoal.

Key responsibilities
Cook over charcoal, open flame or commercial grills
Work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
Prepare food with strong food preparation and cooking skills
Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and consistency
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Work efficiently under pressure
Work as part of a team About you
Previous experience cooking over charcoal, open flame or commercial grills
Experience working in fast paced, high volume kitchens
Robust food preparation and cooking skills




Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and consistency
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
