Property Maintenance Worker Wanted – Northern Suburbs Melbourne

Partisan Property Services is looking for a reliable worker to assist with residential maintenance and repairs across Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Van and tools provided.

Duties include:
General property maintenance and minor repairs.
Repairing doors, windows, flyscreens, cupboards and drawers.
Plaster patching, painting and caulking.
Assisting with carpentry, fencing and weatherboard repairs.
Keeping work areas tidy and taking photos of completed work.

Requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience.
Valid driver’s licence.
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and respectfully in tenants’ homes.
White Card, police check and Working with Children Check.

Pay based on experience and skills.
