This is a great fit for someone wanting flexible, part-time work with a supportive team, whether you are early in your aged care career or already experienced in the sector.You will help our residents stay mobile, independent and safe, with a hands-on, varied caseload.Key responsibilitiesCompleting aged care physiotherapy referrals and reviewsConducting mobility and functional assessmentsDeveloping and delivering falls prevention strategiesPlanning and running group exercise sessions for residentsWorking closely with nursing,



care staff and allied health to support resident goalsMaintaining accurate clinical documentationAbout youQualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registrationAround 1 year of aged care experience is preferred, but not essential.
