As a respected not‐for‐profit organisation, we're transforming the experience of ageing through collaboration, recent ideas and investment in people and services.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our Gisborne Oaks residential aged care home in Gisborne, home to approximately 100 residents.This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity, offering a consistent fortnightly roster with morning shifts across Monday to Wednesday.Your fixed roster:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pmWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pmOur Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes.
Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.Apply clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of the ageing process to residents within the homeBe responsive to residents' care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needsRespect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all timesSystematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentationSpend time with the residents to connect,



share stories and show empathyAbout youCurrent Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPAExperience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team membersUnderstanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationThe ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholdersDemonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersNDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtainWhy Benetas?
