is a small not for profit RTO that has been operating across Queensland providing Industry Training, Employment Assistance and other labour market programs for over30 years.Seeking an experienced Supervisor on a fixed-term contract based in Dalby.The RoleLead a team of program participants 9 days/fortnightDeliver hands-on practical construction skillsMentor participants and assist with transition to workLiaise with community groups regarding basic construction projectsBe available to commence in later OctoberThe PersonExperience and/or willingness to work with unemployed and disadvantaged jobseekersExperience and/or willingness to work with a range of stakeholders eg.
community groups and job active agenciesExperience in the construction industry,
