From shifting team coverage to supporting development and keeping standards high, you will play a key role in making sure the store delivers a strong result every day.This is a role for someone who likes to be involved, enjoys leading from the floor and can bring calm,



direction and energy to a busy environment.What You'll Get Up To:Lead from the floor and keep the team focused, engaged and moving throughout each shiftDirect floor coverage and adjust priorities as customer demand and stock flow changeCoach and support team members while helping to build confidence, capability and future leadersKeep presentation standards high and make sure the right product is available in the right placeSupport registers, fitting rooms, donor areas and the overall customer experienceAssist with opening, closing, cash procedures, safety and loss preventionBring energy to the floor and help create a positive and productive team environmentThe Experience Checklist:Previous leadership experience within a busy, high volume retail environmentConfidence directing a team and keeping productivity on trackA solid people focus with experience coaching, developing and motivating othersComfort working in a fast moving store where priorities can change quicklyCommercial awareness with an interest in sales, service and store performanceExperience within big box, large format or high stock volume retail will be highly regardedAdaptable, practical and happy to jump in wherever needed
