As an ICT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our restaurant team members, ensuring uninterrupted service for all ICT systems.
You will be responsible for recommending products and solutions, troubleshooting ICT issues, maintaining hardware and software, and delivering outstanding support to our operational and back-of-house teams.Key responsibilitiesProvide timely and effective Level 1, 2, and 3 ICT support to support teams and restaurant staff, both onsite and remotelyProvide remote support and additional cover for our Brisbane based sites when requiredTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for both Apple and Windows operating systemsAssist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Sophos firewalls and other security solutionsProvide support of and maintain security of cloud-based software systemsInstall, configure, and maintain ICT equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, POS terminals, printers, and networking devicesCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement system enhancementsMaintain accurate documentation of ICT assets, configurations, and support proceduresDevelop a venue-based ICT budget and adhere to itUtilise in-depth knowledge of the H&L; and Tevalis Point of Sale (POS) systems to address system configurations, product updates, and troubleshootingAbout youMinimum 2 years of experience in ICT support roles,
