Make an Impact.An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to join our thriving GP practice in Kedron during a significant period of growth and transformation.As our practice prepares for upcoming renovations and expansion, including the addition of new GPs and services, we are seeking a confident leader who can successfully balance operational excellence with business growth initiatives.This role will suit an experienced Business Manager who has a strong background within General Practice and enjoys developing high-performing teams, building stakeholder relationships, and supporting practices through periods of change.About the RoleReporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice while identifying opportunities to support growth, improve patient experience, and drive business performance.Key responsibilities include:Leading the daily operations of a busy GP practiceSupporting practice growth through GP recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiativesDriving patient and business growth strategiesLeading and developing a high-performing administration and nursing teamManaging budgets, reporting, rostering, and operational performanceBuilding strong relationships with GPs,
