Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.The RoleAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions.You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies.Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.About YouDiploma of Nursing (required)Experience in aged care (highly desirable)Solid knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards,
