Let’s Go Motorhomes is a nationwide Campervan and Motorhome hire business, which is currently seeking a Full Time Team Leader to join its Adelaide Branch located in the suburb of Mile End South.

Working with our large fleet of motorhomes & campervans, you will be willing to go that extra-mile to make our Customer’s stay in one of our hire vehicles a memorable one.

This is a hands on role, that will suit a driven individual who has a robust customer service focus as well a good understanding of operations who enjoys the challenges of managing the day to day.

Ensure the customer service experience is delivered at the highest standard

Resolve customer relations issues as they arise and escalate to the higher management and the General Manager when required

Motivate the team to achieve ancillary sales

Ensure vehicles are maintained according to schedules

Manage vehicle repair requirements, including supplier management

Manage stock of spare parts and vehicle equipment

Maintain vehicle cleaning & maintenance standards by liaising with cleaning and maintenance team members

Have the legal right to work in Australia

Open Australian car licence





Intermediate computer skills

Completed Police Clearance

Being involved in Tourism industry, you will be required to work some weekends and public holidays.

Already an accomplished Team Leader or Supervisor, you will bring:
Experience working in the industry

Ability to effectively problem solve and be resourceful when the unexpected occurs
Bring an impeccable eye for detail and exceptional time management skills
