Lead, coach and develop an established sales and operations team
Oversee daily branch operations, customer service and performance
Build strong relationships with trade, commercial and residential customers

store or customer-facing team within a trade, retail, wholesale or product-based business. We're looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience leading and developing a team
Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and experience managing business KPIs
A hands-on, approachable and supportive leadership style
Confidence engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
