Jr Team Member/ Team Member RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing amazing customer service
Creating high-quality drinks and beverages-Barista preferred
Preparing and serving food items in line with brand standards
Contributing to a fast-paced and positive team setting
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store
Take orders and process payments.
Restock ingredients and packaging.
Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures, making food and preparing
Check takeaway and delivery orders.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Able to work until 10pm SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support and guidance to the team
Maintaining product and service quality-Barista & quick paced preferred
Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
Overseeing shift management, Food making and plating.
Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
Creating a warm and welcoming workplace for customers
Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
Driving sales and focusing on customer service Work
