About the role
Inotek Timber Systems makes prefabricated wall frames and roof trusses for builders across Victoria and works alongside Pro9 Victoria in Sunshine West. We're hiring for several roles on our production floor.

Key responsibilities
Read job sheets and layouts, and assemble wall frames and roof trusses to spec
Operate nail plate presses, jigs, nail guns and other production equipment
Check finished components for quality and accuracy
Stack, label and get finished product ready for dispatch
Load and unload trucks, and move timber and finished product around the yard and factory
Stack and store materials safely
Help get orders ready for dispatch
Prepare surfaces and apply coatings with spray equipment
Clean and maintain spray equipment
Follow safety procedures, including correct use of respirators and PPE About you
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
A strong safety attitude and positive attention to detail
Reliable,



on time and a team player
Good with a tape measure and able to read basic plans or job sheets
Experience in frame and truss assembly, carpentry, or a similar role is preferred
Spray painting experience preferred
Must hold a current forklift high risk work licence (LF) for forklift driver positions Advantages
