We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court, Wakefield.
This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.About the RoleThe post is for ***** hours per weekYou'll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:Morning shifts: 08:*******:00Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)Salary 26,*******,274 (FTE) £***** to £***** per hourThis post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act ****.Your role will include:Supporting individuals to remain in their own homesPromoting independence and person-centred care i.e. Washing/dressing/Bathing/Toileting/Meals & MedicationWorking collaboratively with professionals and agenciesTreating every person with dignity and respectThis is more than a job — it's a chance to make a meaningful impact.RequirementsGCSE Grades D–G in Math's and English orFunctional Skills Level 1 in Math's and EnglishDesirable (but not required)Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
