An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive Marketing Coordinator who's just as comfortable setting the strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done.This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced and proactive marketing professional who can take ownership of campaigns from initial concept through to execution.
You will have the confidence and initiative to identify opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies and translate them into well-executed campaigns.We are seeking someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates sound judgement and takes accountability for delivering outcomes.
You will be comfortable developing campaign concepts independently, presenting clear recommendations and managing implementation through to completion.About the Role:Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions from concept through to deliveryIdentifying marketing opportunities and proactively developing campaign ideasCoordinating marketing content and communications across the O'Connors groupManaging website and social media contentWorking collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing outcomesMaintaining consistency across marketing communications,



platforms and brand activityMonitoring campaigns and looking for opportunities to continually improve marketing activityAbout You:Previous experience or a strong background in the agricultural industry – essentialDemonstrated marketing and/or communications experienceThe ability to independently develop, plan and execute marketing campaignsInitiative and confidence to bring forward new ideas and recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detailA genuine passion for marketing and maintaining brand integrityThe ability to manage competing priorities and see projects through from concept to completionExperience with Adobe programs, including Photoshop and InDesignWhy Join O'Connors?
