We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Officer (ongoing) to join our Education Team at our Casey (Narre Warren) campus.About Juniper CollegeJuniper College is an independent specialised assistance school supporting young people in Years ***** who may have experienced barriers to learning.
We offer the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) across two campuses: Casey (Narre Warren) and Peninsula (Frankston).
The Role – Education TeamAs a valued member of the Education Team, Learning Support Officers work collaboratively with classroom teachers to support student learning across all learning areas by:Maximising students' participation in the curriculumSupporting students while encouraging independence and social inclusionAssisting teachers to provide an inclusive learning environment for all studentsThrough positive teaching practices and a strong wellbeing focus, our curriculum supports the development of resilience and self-empowerment.
