Mount Scopus Memorial College in Burwood is seeking a Learning Support Case Manager within the Student Services team at our Lew Family Secondary School.
The part time role (0.60 FTE) commences 27 January **** and involves coordinating with teachers, parents and health professionals to support individual learning plans for designated students.You will maintain student records, monitor progress using assessment data, and present information at Case Management and other meetings.
