The Trust provides a 12‐month Preceptorship Programme across nursing and AHPs, led by a multi-skilled team to develop clinical skills, leadership and quality improvement.Roles include a seven‐day service rotation across three sites.
Newly qualified therapists are welcomed and supported; rotations cover Rheumatology, Orthopaedics, Stroke Rehab and more.
