We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our Team as FOH Staff at Fusion Republic, Mclaren Vale.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Handle payments and operate the Point of Sale
Uphold high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
