Diagnose, repair, and service mostly commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
Mentor and supervise junior technicians, providing guidance and technical support
Manage service calls efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Install recent air conditioning systems both autonomously and as part of a team
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work completed
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
Experience:
HVAC: 1 year (Required)
