Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Springfield Lakes. You’ll drive quality practice, support curriculum development and lead continuous improvement across the service.
In this role you will mentor educators to strengthen teaching, guide EYLF and NQF implementation, and lead reflective practice, documentation and cooperative qualified learning. You’ll work with the Centre Director and be responsible for safety, compliance and staff
