Royal Brighton Yacht Club is seeking an OTB & Training coordinator to oversee the club’s training programs and OTB sailing activities. Reporting to the Boating Manager, you will direct coaching staff and ensure smooth daily operations across the Discover Sailing Centre.
You will work with adaptable schedule including weekends and public holidays, supporting events and regattas while maintaining vessel safety and compliance with Australian Sailing obligations.
