About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for community-based opportunities across Brisbane.
This is not high-volume agency work, you will:
Work with complex and meaningful casesBe supported by experienced cliniciansDeliver care in participants' homes and community settingsBuild long-term professional relationships with participants
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred care to participants with complex needsSupport high-intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: spinal injury care, wound care, continence support and catheter care, medication assistanceContribute to care planning and clinical oversight (RN)Support and guide support staff where required (RN)Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategiesMonitor and report changes in participant conditionComplete documentation (progress notes,



incident reports)Build strong, qualified and respectful relationships with clients

What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registrationA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleCurrent National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have work rights in AustraliaPrevious experience in community or aged care highly regardedExperience in complex wound care and continence care highly regardedExperience with spinal cord injury care highly regardedA genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellenceExcellent clinical judgement and attention to detailStrong communication and a calm, professional approachFlexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homesAvailability to start immediately is highly regarded
