This is a casual ongoing opportunity with consistent Monday to Friday hours and the potential to progress to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.Working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment, you will be involved in assembly, production, quality control, packaging, and general factory duties.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly of manufactured products and componentsFollowing manufacturing processes and production standardsMonitoring quality and identifying faulty or non-conforming productsPackaging finished products for dispatchMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentAdhering to all workplace health and safety proceduresAssisting with general production and factory duties as requiredTo Be Successful You Will HaveExperience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environmentsExperience working with HVAC ducting or sheet metal duct manufacturing (essential)Ability to follow instructions and work to production standardsStrong attention to detail and quality controlReliable and punctual work ethicPositive attitude and ability to work within a teamCommitment to workplace safety and OH&S; requirementsExperience in a similar role will be highly regardedWhat's On Offer?
