TUCKERS are opening a brand-new drive thru café and we’re looking for energetic, experienced baristas and strong team leaders to join our crew.

Tuckers will be a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so we’re after people who thrive under pressure, take pride in their coffee and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

As part of an established franchise, you’ll have the support, systems and structure behind you, while still helping shape the culture of a brand-new store from day one.

What we’re looking for:
Baristas - FULL TIME / PART TIME / CASUAL

Passion for coffee and consistency in quality
Robust leadership skills (or the drive to step into a leadership role)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Team-first mindset and great communication
Reliability and a strong work ethic

What you’ll get:
Opportunity to be part of a recent store opening
Support from an established franchise system
A positive, team-focused work environment
Career growth opportunities for the right people

If you’re someone who loves coffee, works well in a team and wants to be part of something from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
