OSSO Steak & Ribs Penrith is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our energetic kitchen team.

We are a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant with a strong focus on consistency, execution, teamwork and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

About the Role
Execute dishes to a consistently high standard, with solid attention to presentation and quality.
Maintain efficiency, organisation and consistency during busy services.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist with stock control, food preparation and minimising wastage.




Support and motivate fellow chefs while contributing to a positive team environment.
For Sous Chef applicants, demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to manage kitchen operations when required.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy, quality-focused restaurant.
Strong cooking skills and a passion for premium ingredients.
Excellent attention to detail, consistency and execution.
Ability to perform confidently under pressure.
Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to grow.
Experience working with steaks and high-volume grill service is highly regarded.

Pay: From $35.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
