Home Care Operations Manager This is a genuine “leader of leaders” role. You’ll have the scope to shape how care is delivered across your area, backed by a provider that’s investing in growth and new ways of working.

Aged care experience isn’t essential. If you’ve run multi-site or dispersed operations and you know how to get the best out of other leaders, this could be your next move.

Benefits
$130,000 – $140,000 package + bonus
Permanent full-time
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. No weekends, no rosters
Senior leadership role with 8–10 direct reports, including Team Leaders

Main Duties
Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders to deliver safe, high-quality care
Drive performance against KPIs across customer experience, workforce and quality




Champion change and recent ways of working across your teams
Oversee resourcing and workforce capacity to keep pace with growing demand
Use data to spot risks early and deliver continuous improvement
Build strong partnerships with clinical teams and key stakeholders
Ensure strong governance, incident management and compliance

Essentials
Current or recent experience as an Operations Manager
Proven track record leading other leaders and large or dispersed teams
Robust commercial focus with experience managing KPIs, budgets and change
Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills
Experience in a regulated workplace such as health, aged care or disability is highly regarded
